GIFT MART

at O’Donnell Elementary School Join A Team!

Be a part of reaching our Community

On Saturday, December 14th, Ginger Creek will be hosting a Christmas Gift Mart for families at O’Donnell Elementary School. Gift Mart seeks to reimagine the holiday charity model by harnessing the generosity of communities to do more than just place toys under the tree in under-resourced neighborhoods. In an effort to preserve dignity, parents from O’Donnell Elementary School in East Aurora have been able to choose gifts for their children at a discounted price of $2 per toy. All proceeds from the sale of the toys will go back to O’Donnell Elementary School children.

Be a part of reaching our community by joining our team to help plan, shop, set up and host the event.

Goals

Our goal for this year’s Toy Drive is 1000 toys and our goal for the number of volunteers needed is 140 people.

Drop off a New Gift

Ginger Creek will be having our Annual Christmas Gift Mart for families with children at O’Donnell Elementary School. Donated toys will be available for purchase at a greatly discounted price so that parents who might not normally be able to buy gifts for their children will be able to do so without simply receiving a “handout.” All proceeds from the sale of the toys will go back to O’Donnell School to fund educational initiatives for the children.
