On Saturday, December 10th, Ginger Creek will host a Christmas Gift Mart for families at O’Donnell Elementary School. Gift Mart seeks to reimagine the holiday charity model by harnessing the generosity of communities to do more than place toys under the tree in under-resourced neighborhoods. To preserve dignity, parents from O’Donnell Elementary School in East Aurora have been able to choose gifts for their children at a discounted price of $2 per toy. All proceeds from the sale of the toys will return to O’Donnell Elementary School children.
