Being an effective ministry or group leader requires a calling from God and a broad skill set. Do you want to increase your knowledge of the Bible, strengthen your walk with God, become better in leading your group or be more confident in sharing your faith? If so, Leadership Development is for you. Through the training you’ll become more biblically prepared and equipped to embrace your calling to leadership.
